To help ensure a safe, reliable, and enjoyable rental experience for all customers, every renter must meet the following requirements before a vehicle can be released:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Present a valid U.S. driver's license that is current, unexpired, and in good standing.
- Have no major driving violations (such as DUI/DWI, reckless driving, license suspension, or vehicular felony convictions) within the past 5 years, and no excessive moving violations or at-fault accidents that would disqualify you under our screening guidelines.
- Provide a credit card to be securely kept on file for the duration of the rental OR provide a greater refundable security deposit.
- Maintain a personal auto insurance policy that extends coverage to rental vehicles. If you do not have qualifying coverage, insurance may be available for purchase before your rental begins.
- Successfully complete our driver eligibility screening, which may include identity verification and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
- Provide accurate and current contact information, including your residential address, phone number, and email address.
- Sign the RideFlow Rental Agreement and agree to all rental terms and conditions before taking possession of the vehicle.
- Agree to use the vehicle only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and the rental agreement.
- Do NOT use the vehicle for any ride-share or delivery service unless specifically authorized.
- Return the vehicle on the agreed-upon date and in the condition outlined in the rental agreement, subject to normal wear and tear.
RideFlow reserves the right to decline any rental application that does not meet these requirements or when additional information is necessary to verify a renter's eligibility.
